Municipal Members are welcomed to each conference with an afternoon “live” roundtable discussion. The members openly share ideas and questions on the topics above as well as many others. This has traditionally been one of the most beneficial aspects of attending a NYSASIC conference and has become one of the most popular sessions. The members often continue their discussions throughout the event and throughout the year via the “NYSASIC Electronic Roundtable”.
NYSASIC has a reputation for the outstanding quality of its presenters. Attendees often comment upon the great value of the information received. NYSASIC encourages the presenters to remain with the group and network throughout the conference
Each NYSASIC event has sponsor opportunities. For more information about sponsoring an event contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Sponsors receive an advertisement in the conference program and a link is placed on the NYSASIC website following the conference.
Each NYSASIC conference has opportunities for vendors to display their services and for participants to gain first hand knowledge about the many vendors that are part of the organization.
The last several NYSASIC conferences have been approved for Continuing Education credits in disciplines such as; Attorney, Insurance, Financial Examiner, Insurance Regulatory Examiner, Safety Professional, Industrial Hygienist, CDMS, DRCC, CCMC, Workers’ Compensation Professional, Hazard Control Management, Healthcare Safety Professional, Product Safety Management, and Human Resources.
